About this speaker
Rachel Davidson joined Kids Alive International (KAI) in April 2021 as the Executive Vice President for Global Ethics and Policy. In this capacity, she is responsible for safeguarding efforts throughout KAI’s world-wide programs. In addition to her work with KAI, she also occasionally serves as a pro tem juvenile court judge for dependency and delinquency cases in the State of Georgia.
Prior to joining Kids Alive, she served as Director of the Georgia Office of Child Advocate for the Protection of Children, building upon her experience in courts and the foster care system through direct representation of children in the U.S. foster care system as well as systemic advocacy impacting legislation and policy. In addition, Rachel has served on several significant committees and critical advisory groups in the areas of children’s law and safeguarding.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Florida, and an MBA from Stetson University. She received her law degree from Stetson University School of Law in 2006 and has been a member of the Georgia Bar since then.
